Studio Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 100% of the session cost.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted forms of payment include cash, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Chime, and Apple Pay.

3. Studio Conduct

Please respect the studio equipment and facilities. Any damages caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Session Start and End Times

Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. Please arrive on time to ensure a full session. Any delays may result in reduced session time.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials (e.g., instruments, backing tracks) are prepared before the session begins.

6. Confidentiality

All recordings and session details are treated with strict confidentiality. No material will be shared without client consent.

7. Food and Drink Policy

Food and drinks are not allowed in the recording booth to prevent spills and damage to equipment. Water bottles are permitted.

8. Health and Safety

In light of current health guidelines, please inform us if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any communicable diseases.

9. 420 Friendly

We are 420 friendly, but please refrain from smoking in the recording booth. Smoking in the booth will incur a $150 cleaning cost.
